One of our estimators will book an appointment with you to come to your home to assess the condition and measure your roof. We will take notes of the total area, as well as any other details required to create a detailed and thorough quote. This is typically done within 24-48 hours of requesting your quote.
Our estimator may have a quote available for you on the spot, or in most cases will schedule a follow up appointment to review your detailed quote with you. You will have a chance to discuss options, colours, and necessary repairs, etc with your esitmator. Please plan for approximately 1/2 to 1 hour for this meeting.
You will receive a copy of the quote, proof of liability insurance, WCB clearance and our A+ rating from the BBB. You may also request references and a drive-by list during this meeting.
There’s never any pressure for you to make a decision right away, you can call us back at any time to let us know if you would like to get your job scheduled.
If you decide to proceed with us, we typically schedule jobs anywhere from days to weeks away. If your roof is leaking, we typically bump you in line right up to the next available start date. We may also do some temporary waterproofing should there be a wait time required to prevent further leaking.
Once we start your re-roofing job we will not stop until it’s complete, with the exception of foul weather. An average residential home in Victoria takes us two days to complete.
